It is time to begin planning this year’s mommy, daddy & me family Halloween festivities & activities! Some of our favorite memories were the years we all gathered around our kitchen table before trick or treating. I fed everyone an early healthy-ish dinner so the kids would not be overly hungry and start snacking on their trick or treat bags before we had a chance to go through the treats and weed out any suspicious looking or unwrapped “tricks”. Other than the costumes and the actual trick or treating, our children's favorite part of our family Halloween festivities was when I escorted them into the dining room and unveiled the entire table covered with candy so each of us could decorate our own Halloween Popcorn Ball.
