Mom's tutu is made with more than 300 yards and the girl's tutu is made from more than 100 yards of extra soft and premium nylon tulle to create a full and pouffy, twirly skirt fit for princesses! (There is no need to worry about seeing panties or shorts!!) And to avoid the feeling of being itchy or uncomfortable, the elastic waistband is covered with satin ribbon.
